The first series begins in January!
Kids and Family Winter Series, Ages 4 - 6
8–week program starting Thursday, January 30th
Dates: Jan 30, Feb 6, Feb 13, (No class Feb 20 – School Vacation Week), Feb 27, Mar 6, Mar 13, Mar 20, Mar 27
Location: East Side Yoga and Fitness, 584 E Broadway, Boston, MA 02127
4:15 – 5pm | Rolling Drop off from 4 – 4:15
In this program, children will learn a variety of yoga skills including but not limited to:
how to use their breath for calm or energy
yoga poses and active movement exercises
meditation techniques for focus and concentration
Music, books, games and crafts will be used to create a multi-sensory, fun experience and each class ends with time for rest. Parents will be sent weekly communication with an overview of the skills your children learned and tips for how they can be incorporated at home. You will also have access to short videos of yoga practices that provide you with optional convenient tools to use on your parenting journey.
Parents are invited to join the last class of the series where we will hold a combined family yoga class tying the concepts and practices learned throughout the session together.

Community Organizations and Special Events
Through my work with South Boston Catholic Academy and Perry Elementary School, I have experienced the joy and benefits of partnering with local organizations to provide yoga content and curriculum for their students and families. If your organization in the Boston or Greater Boston area is interested in including a children’s or family yoga event or program for your students or members, don't hesitate to get in touch with me so we can schedule a time to discuss what you are looking for and the options available. I can also curate yoga events for small groups, clubs, or individual requests.
